Job Summary The Lot Porter plays a critical role in supporting both the sales and service departments. This position is responsible for the overall appearance and organization of the dealership lot, the movement and preparation of service vehicles, and providing general assistance to ensure a smooth customer and team experience. Responsibilities Organize and maintain inventory lot to ensure proper placement and professional appearance Move vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, parking areas, car wash, and fuel island Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles as needed Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or issues Assist with receiving service vehicles and properly tagging and parking them Keep the lot and service drive clean and free of trash, debris, and clutter Deliver vehicles to guests or other dealership locations when necessary Shuttle guests as needed Perform battery jumps, tire inflations, and other basic vehicle support tasks Ensure keys are correctly tagged and stored Uphold dealership safety and security standards at all times Join a team that values hard work, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
