In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring parking lots, directing vehicle flow, handling cash transactions, and maintaining safety standards. Your proactive approach will help create a smooth, organized environment that enhances customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness. Duties Manage parking lot operations, including directing vehicles and coordinating valet services when applicable Monitor parking areas to ensure safety, security, and proper usage of space Process cash transactions accurately at entry and exit points using cash registers or point-of-sale systems Assist customers with parking inquiries, provide directions, and deliver exceptional customer service Conduct regular inspections of parking lots to identify hazards or maintenance needs and report issues promptly Handle manual lifting of equipment or signage as needed, adhering to safety protocols for heavy lifting Maintain records of parking activities, cash handling logs, and incident reports to ensure accountability and transparency Requirements Proven experience in outdoor work environments or parking management roles preferred Ability to operate standard passenger cars confidently and safely in various conditions Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math understanding for accurate calculations Experience with cashiering, cash register operations, and cash handling procedures required Knowledge of conflict management techniques to handle customer concerns professionally Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods Valid driving license with a clean driving record; dealership or retail experience is a plus Join our team as a Parking and Lot Coordinator where your proactive attitude and dedication will directly contribute to creating a safe, organized, and welcoming environment.
