Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors. As a Service Porter, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area, and supporting various operational tasks. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries or requests. Drive vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, safely and efficiently. Handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service. Assist with valet parking duties, ensuring vehicles are parked securely and retrieved promptly. Maintain cleanliness in the service area, including organizing equipment and supplies. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations. Support delivery drivers as needed, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and stock organization. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including those with manual transmissions. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A valid driver's license is required. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
