Solaris Residences is hiring a Bell/Valet Attendant to join our Guest Services team at one of Vail Village's premier luxury residential properties. With 79 privately owned luxury residences, meticulously maintained by our exceptional engineering and housekeeping teams, Solaris Residences delivers a truly personalized experience for every guest and homeowner. As part of our Guest Services team, you'll play a key role in creating seamless arrivals, memorable stays, and warm departures while making a lasting impression on everyone who walks through our doors.
Duties Include:
Welcome guests with friendly, professional service while assisting with arrivals, departures, luggage, valet parking, and property orientation. Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while providing transportation for guests, homeowners, and company operations. Deliver luggage, groceries, packages, and special requests promptly and efficiently throughout each stay. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming arrival experience by keeping the front entrance, lobby, and guest areas looking their best. Work closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure every guest receives exceptional service.

Base hourly pay plus regular gratuities. Our year-round, full-time Guest Services team reports historical average earnings of $33
  • 35 per hour after tips.
Bi-Annual Payouts:
Active full-time employees participate in homeowner pooled distributions, paid twice per year.
Additional Income Opportunities:
Earn even more by providing owner shuttle and transfer services, with compensation paid directly to you. $515 Wellness Benefit/Reimbursement. Town of Vail parking provided. Winter Incentive Program featuring an Epic Merchant Ski Pass or end-of-season bonus (based on start date).

$17.00/ hour + tips and commissions; Hiring bonus paid half after 90 days and half after 180 days of employment.

  • primarily 7 AM
  • 3 PM or 3 PM
  • 11 PM shifts.
Flexibility is both offered and required! Ability to work holidays required.
Posting Closing Date:
8/15/2026 or until filled Our ideal candidate is at least 25 years old and brings a strong hospitality mindset with a positive, team-first attitude. They have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of service-focused experience, along with a valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record, and the ability to safely operate guest and company vehicles. Calm, dependable, and detail-oriented, they communicate professionally, are comfortable with basic technology, and thrive in a collaborative environment. They take pride in handling guest belongings with care and can meet the physical demands of the role while staying adaptable and ready to support wherever needed.
