Experience Required Less than high school education, or up to one month of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Driver's License. Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform the duties of the job. Frequently stands, walks, uses hands, talks, or hears. Occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, or crouches. Regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds. Regularly works in wet or humid conditions and frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Essential Responsibilities Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lot. Assist in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings. Provide sincere and courteous service to guests with bag handling and club cleaning. Maintain the cart staging area, podium, and bag drop area in a neat and orderly fashion. Maintain the cart storage and cart wash down areas in a neat, clean, and orderly condition. Prepare golf carts for play following Troon Golf standards. Assist in educating players regarding course policy, cart policy, and speed of play. Assist players by changing golf spikes if needed. Perform range maintenance and maintain ball inventory throughout the day. May direct the start of play. Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs. Service customers renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return. Assist with food and beverage activities. Clean golfers' clubs upon completion of play. Incorporate safe work practices in job performance. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Perform other duties as required.
