Job Description

Role Purpose Responsible for ensuring safe and efficient handling of customer and company/owned vehicles Leadership This Position does not lead others. Core Accountabilities Greet all customers entering the service area within ten (10) seconds of arrival. Direct customers to service write-up area, tag, install mats and seat covers and park vehicles; turn in keys to service advisors. Check customer and loaner vehicles for damage. At time of pickup, valet vehicles for customers, removing mats and seat covers. Ensure proper flow of vehicles in drive thru. Keep drive-thru clean with use of supplied equipment as designated by the Service manager. Wash customer vehicles and perform detail functions as directed. Take charge of wash-bay flow as needed to ensure vehicles are washed on time. Assist with snow removal as needed. This may require shoveling, sanding, cleaning off and moving vehicles, assisting with plowing. Competencies and Qualifications High School Diploma 1-2 years' experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening. Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers. Ability to stay on feet for entire shift.
