ROLE SUMMARY
The Valet Parking Attendant is responsible for providing a positive first and last impression to customers when they arrive and leave.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Exhibit strong guest service and a positive attitude at all times, greeting all arriving and departing guests Park cars in a safe, organized, and timely manner Remain in staging area regardless of weather, waiting for guests to need their car to be parked or retrieved Return to the front of the hotel in a safe and timely manner after a park or pull Provide claim check and instruct customers on how to reclaim vehicle Provide travel directions and information to customers when necessary Provide accurate and timely documentation and reports of departmental activities and status including claim checks, vehicle damage, statements and conditions Obey all traffic laws on and off property
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Able to work outdoors during different seasons Strong driving record Must be at least 18 years of age Positive attitude Strong work ethic Weekend and holiday availability preferred RMS is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer
