Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting with receiving and processing donated items to the ReStores. Assists in the loading and unloading of donations. Assists the truck driver as assigned in the daily pick up/deliveries of the items donated or sold.ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to load/unload the HFHCC trucks with donations.
- Receives, inspects, and processes items for sale as directed.
- Maintains all areas of the store with cleaning processes.
- Cleans and dusts shelving and items on display.
- Rearranges displays for freshness and salability.
- Responsible for cleaning work areas and bathrooms.
- Complies with HFHCC Policy Manuals.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of ReStore Operations.
- When on truck, follow all driver's directions.
- Readies truck for day with cooler/water/blankets/totes.
- Responsible for cleanliness of trucks at shifts end.

- Ability to appropriately represent HFHCC, advocating the mission and objectives of HFHCC at all functions, internally as well as throughout the community.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communications skills, able to effectively handle customer questions and complaints.
- Maintain reasonable and presentable work attire.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Experience in similar position, with at least three years of relevant experience.
- Preference is given for experience with a non-profit volunteer-intensive organization.
