Duties Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Safely operate standard passenger vehicles, including manual transmission cars, within the facility's premises Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently, ensuring proper handling and security at all times Assist with heavy lifting when necessary to move or position vehicles or related equipment Process cash transactions accurately for parking fees or related services using retail math and cashiering skills Maintain clear communication with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements smoothly Conduct outdoor work activities such as vehicle inspections, yard checks, and security patrols to uphold safety protocols Qualifications Proven experience in guest services or hospitality environments is highly desirable Dealership or automotive service background preferred, especially familiarity with standard passenger cars and manual transmissions Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work outdoors in various weather conditions Experience in valet parking, retail math, cash handling, or cashiering is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles required Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and security Join us in delivering an exceptional experience while safeguarding high-value assets!
