In this role, you will ensure all vehicle movements are performed safely and promptly, support the training of new employees, assist with scheduling, and help maintain excellent client relationships. This position is well-suited for someone with strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently transport identified vehicles as directed Serve as the primary shadow shift leader for new hire orientation and training Provide daily oversight of lot operations and help maintain service quality on-site Foster positive interactions with dealership clients and their customers Submit all damage claims and reports within one hour of the incident and notify management Participate in the administration of site-specific disciplinary action when appropriate Coordinate with the Account Manager to resolve scheduling conflicts Complete other duties as assigned to support account operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must possess a valid driver's license and meet company MVR requirements Minimum age of 18 for driving responsibilities High school diploma or equivalent Ability to drive automatic vehicles; manual transmission experience preferred Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
