Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (25 hours per week) Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Valet Attendant to deliver exceptional guest services in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing friendly, efficient, and professional parking and vehicle management. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will ensure a memorable experience for every visitor. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service talents while working in a lively, team-oriented setting. Duties Greet guests warmly in both English and the second language, ensuring a positive first impression Safely park and retrieve vehicles using manual transmissions and adhere to all parking procedures specific to the location Manage parking logistics efficiently, directing guests to available spots and assisting with vehicle movement as needed Provide outstanding guest services by answering questions, offering directions, and addressing concerns promptly Handle cash transactions accurately for parking fees, utilizing retail math skills and cash handling expertise Maintain clear communication with team members to coordinate vehicle flow and ensure smooth operations Uphold safety standards by following proper vehicle handling procedures and maintaining a secure parking environment Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or dealership environments preferred Valid driver's license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles Knowledge of location parking regulations and layout is a plus Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Experience as a delivery driver or cashier is advantageous Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods while maintaining high energy levels Join us to be part of an energetic team that thrives on delivering top-tier guest experiences!
