Vehicle Repossession Yard/Vehicle Coordinator. Employee will process repossessed vehicles and be responsible for releasing vehicles to either customers or transport companies at our secured locations while maintaining and keeping lot organized

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Yard Vehicle Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles entering and leaving our facility. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and maintains a sense of urgency. You must be easy going and able to get along well with others in sometimes stressful situations and be able to perform job duties with minimal management supervision.

Duties:

Process & Release Vehicles to owners or transport companies Take Detailed Pictures and complete a condition report for all repossessed vehicles Process Condition reports through web-based portals. Ensure Vehicles are cleared of personal belongings and ready for transport Return Personal belongings to vehicle owners who are redeeming their vehicles

Cash Handling Keys License Plate Data Collection Requirements:

Must enjoy and be able to work outside in all weather conditions and at times be able and willing to lift up to 50lbs Must be organized and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment Must be tech savvy & able to defuse situations and work/ manage others well Must have reliable personal transportation to get to and from work

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8 hour shift No weekends Reliable Transportation (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required)
