In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for customers arriving for service appointments, ensuring their vehicles are handled with care and professionalism. Responsibilities Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles in designated parking areas, ensuring efficient flow of traffic within the dealership premises Assist guests with their vehicle needs upon arrival and departure, providing friendly and professional guest services Operate standard passenger cars and manual transmission vehicles with confidence and safety awareness Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area, including outdoor work spaces, to uphold dealership standards Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate vehicle movements and address any concerns promptly Skills Proven experience in guest services or hospitality environments with a focus on customer satisfaction Dealership experience or familiarity with automotive service operations is highly desirable Ability to operate standard passenger cars, including manual transmission vehicles, safely and confidently Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members Comfortable performing outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks and stand or walk for extended periods throughout shifts This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in energetic environments, enjoy working outdoors, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
