Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lot Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vehicle lot. This vital role involves managing vehicle flow, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and organized outdoor environment. The Lot Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for ensuring smooth vehicle processing, manage the clean-up department and overall lot efficiency. Duties Coordinate the movement and parking of vehicles, including standard passenger cars and dealership inventory Greet guests warmly, providing exceptional guest services and addressing their needs promptly Manage employees in clean-up department. Schedule up to 4 employees to insure cleaning and lot coverage Perform heavy lifting to move vehicles or equipment safely around the lot while adhering to safety protocols Maintain an organized outdoor work environment by inspecting the lot daily for hazards or obstructions Manage outdoor work tasks such as fencing checks, yard audits, and ensuring compliance with parking regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in dealership operations, automotive service, or hospitality environments with a focus on guest services Valid driver's license with experience operating standard passenger cars and manual transmissions Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work in various weather conditions Knowledge of parking regulations and outdoor work safety standards Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in vehicle management and lot maintenance Join us as a Lot Manager to lead our outdoor vehicle operations with energy, precision, and a customer-first mindset.
