Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring the safe and efficient management of parking facilities. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles. Monitor the parking area to ensure all vehicles are parked safely and efficiently. Provide clear directions to guests regarding parking procedures and facility rules. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments for parking services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area. Assist with valet services as needed, including driving manual transmission vehicles. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak times. Experience Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling is beneficial. Experience in valet parking or as a delivery driver is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse guests is valued. A valid driver's license is required, with a clean driving record preferred. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.
