Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Lot Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our dealership lot while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with guests and staff, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Responsibilities Park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Maintain the cleanliness of the lot, including washing vehicles and removing debris. Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent guest services. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and manage inventory. Operate vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register when required. Ensure that all vehicles are properly fueled and maintained before delivery to customers. Skills Experience in valet parking or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Strong customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for guests. Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission cars. Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
