Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Service Drive Assistant to join our automotive service team. In this vital role, you will be the friendly face greeting customers as they arrive for their vehicle service appointments, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help coordinate service activities, assist with vehicle movement, and support the overall efficiency of our service drive. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction is at the forefront of everything we do. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the service drive, providing exceptional guest services and hospitality. Assist customers with checking in their vehicles, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded. Operate standard passenger cars and assist with vehicle movement within the dealership lot, including outdoor work in various weather conditions. Support dealership technicians by guiding vehicles to designated service bays and parking areas, including parking zones. Handle heavy lifting tasks related to outdoor work or moving equipment safely and efficiently. Communicate clearly with customers and team members to coordinate service activities and ensure a positive experience. Qualifications Dealership or automotive service experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Valid driver's license with experience operating standard passenger cars; ability to perform manual transmission driving preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with customers and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work comfortably in various weather conditions.
