As a Valet Driver, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests. You will warmly welcome visitors, safely park and retrieve vehicles, assist guests when needed, and help ensure a smooth and positive experience. This is an active, customer-facing position that combines professional driving with outstanding hospitality. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including standard passenger vehicles and manual-transmission vehicles. Maintain an excellent and responsible driving record and follow all applicable traffic and safety regulations. Greet guests warmly and provide courteous, professional customer service. Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently, carefully, and safely. Follow all facility, dealership, and valet procedures regarding vehicle handling and guest service. Assist guests with loading or unloading personal belongings when necessary. Safely handle items that may require lifting and physical assistance. Process cash transactions accurately, including valet fees, tips, and receipts. Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming valet area. Communicate effectively with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movements and respond to questions or concerns. Represent the organization with professionalism, courtesy, and a service-oriented attitude. Qualifications & Experience Must have a clean or excellent driving record. Valid driver's license and the ability to safely operate a variety of passenger vehicles. Ability to drive both automatic and manual-transmission vehicles is preferred.
