Duties Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles with precision and care, ensuring optimal vehicle handling and security. Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service. Assist guests with their belongings if needed, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Operate standard passenger cars, manual transmissions, and other vehicles confidently and responsibly. Manage cash transactions accurately when processing valet parking fees or tips, utilizing retail math and cashiering skills. Maintain a clean and organized valet station while adhering to safety protocols for outdoor work environments. Handle heavy lifting when necessary to assist with vehicle movement or equipment setup, always prioritizing safety. Qualifications Proven experience in guest services or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating standard passenger cars and manual transmissions is essential. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Previous dealership or automotive service experience is a plus but not required. Familiarity with cash handling, cashiering, retail math, and processing cash transactions accurately.
