The Parking Attendant performs a variety of tasks to ensure quality guest experience and the smooth operation of the parking facility, exceeding customer and client expectations. Depending on the needs of the location, the team member is responsible for greeting and assisting guests with directions, parking help, and completing car counts.

What You'll Do:

Greet guests with a warm, welcoming presence Actively engage passing drivers and clearly signal available parking (this may include waving, holding a sign, or using visible body language) Direct incoming vehicles to open spaces efficiently Maintain a strong, visible presence at the entrance throughout your shift Report safety concerns or incidents to the Shift Lead or Operations Manager promptly
