Deering Bay Yacht & County Club , located in Coral Gables, FL , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for an Outside Service Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests, ensuring a great experience every visit. Maintain the cleanliness and stocking of the range facility. Clean, stock, stage, and return carts in accordance with training and club standards. Keep the staging area clean and orderly — presenting members a calm, unhurried, and cheerful environment at all times. Develop familiar relationships with members and help promote activity at the club. Understand the full operation and uphold the standards of a high-end luxury club. Be well-groomed, in proper uniform, alert, and always professional and mature in conduct. Carry out daily operations, adhering to scheduling and coverage requirements. Take ownership of your work — leave each shift set up for the next team's success. Communicate promptly, effectively, and concisely; listen first, then offer help. Maintain a consistent level of service, in line with training. Stay well-informed on the club's golf programs day to day.

The Director of Golf is committed to supporting staff advancement, whether within the club or beyond.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Hourly position, with occasional overtime paid over 40 hours. Additional income opportunities through outing work. Uniform provided seasonally. Meals provided while on duty. Golf privileges on Mondays, in accordance with department policy (new golfers must first play with a golf professional).
