Responsibilities:

Collaborate with licensed Speech Language Pathologists to implement therapy plans and interventions. Provide direct therapy services to individuals with communication disorders. Document client progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field. Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathology Assistant program. Florida license as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Compassion and empathy for individuals with communication disorders
