Valet Parking - Valet Porter We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Valet Parking Attendant to join our team at a Dealership property. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering excellent service and maintaining a smooth, safe valet operation. Requirements Legally authorized to work in the United States Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish is a plus) Minimum of 1-3 years of valet parking experience; supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and customer service skills Responsible, trustworthy, and professional demeanor Valid Driver's License (Learner's Permits not accepted) Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles (if applicable) Key Responsibilities - Valet Oversee daily valet operations to ensure efficient vehicle flow, safety, and exceptional guest service Address and resolve guest concerns, incidents, and service issues in a professional and timely manner Ensure accurate key control, ticketing procedures, and cashless transaction compliance (if applicable) Maintain a safe, organized, and professional valet stand and parking areas Assist with vehicle parking and retrieval as needed to support operations during peak times Preferred Qualifications Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods Experience managing high-volume traffic environments Availability for day shifts
