Job Description

RideNow Powersports is looking for a reliable and motivated Lot Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the safe movement and organization of units on our lot—so the ability to confidently ride and handle a variety of powersports vehicles is a must!
What You'll Do:
Safely move and park motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports units around the lot, in the showroom, and in service areas Assist with vehicle check-in and inspection upon delivery Keep the lot neat, clean, and organized at all times Help prepare units for customer delivery, including cleaning and fueling Support the sales and service team with unit movement and logistics Maintain awareness of the lot's layout and help manage inventory flow Perform support tasks as needed
Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
Must be 18 years or older Must be able to ride and maneuver motorcycles and other powersports units (including manual transmission) Valid driver's license required, motorcycle endorsement preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and safety Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions Previous lot porter, detailer, or inventory support experience preferred Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active throughout the shift Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays. Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
