Job SummaryJob Overview Personal Pitstop Express is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Pitstop Lane Attendant. The Pitstop Lane Attendant creates an exceptional customer experience before and after every wash. This role is centered on helpfulness, trust, relationship-building, membership support, and making customers feel recognized and appreciated. You will get to know our regular members, assist customers throughout their visit, resolve concerns, encourage membership enrollment, and invite satisfied customers to share their experience through online reviews. Applicants must be bilingual in English and Spanish. How Success Is Measured Quality of customer interactions Customer compliments and feedback Online reviews generated Membership conversations and referrals Member recognition and relationship-building Successful resolution of customer concerns Reliability, helpfulness, and teamwork Overall cleanliness and appearance of customer areas Key Responsibilities Customer Experience Welcome every customer with eye contact, a smile, and a friendly greeting. Create a warm, upbeat, and inviting atmosphere throughout the property. Make customers feel comfortable, recognized, and appreciated. Build familiarity with recurring members and learn their preferences when possible. Check on customers and offer assistance before they have to ask. Thank customers for visiting and invite them to return. Customer Support Help customers understand the wash process and available services. Answer questions about wash packages, memberships, facility features, and current promotions. Assist customers who have questions or difficulty using the pay station. Listen carefully to customer complaints or concerns. Help resolve customer issues calmly, professionally, and efficiently. Follow up with customers to confirm that their concerns were addressed. Escalate issues to a manager when necessary.
