Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Valet Attendant in CityPlace, where your enthusiasm for providing exceptional guest services and your passion for hospitality will shine. In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. Your driving skills and attention to detail will help maintain smooth parking operations, while your friendly communication will foster positive interactions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service expertise in a fast-paced environment that values professionalism and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing outstanding guest services with a positive attitude. Safely park and retrieve vehicles using manual transmissions or automatic transmissions, adhering to all safety protocols. Manage parking areas efficiently, ensuring smooth flow of traffic and proper vehicle placement. Assist guests with their belongings when needed, demonstrating excellent hospitality skills. Handle cash transactions accurately for parking fees, utilizing retail math and cashiering experience. Communicate clearly with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movements and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet station and surrounding areas to uphold a professional appearance. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or dealership environment is preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members. Ability to operate vehicles safely in parking facilities and navigate various driving conditions. Experience as a delivery driver or cashiering background is advantageous. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base better. Cash handling skills combined with retail math knowledge to process payments accurately.
