If you're dependable, enjoy physical work, and thrive in a leadership role, we'd love to have you on our team. As a Crew Leader, you'll be responsible for running each job from beginning to end. You'll lead your crew, communicate directly with customers, provide on-site estimates, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. Pay & Benefits

Crew Lead Pay:

$18.50 - $25.00 per hour. All teammates will start as wingmen at $17/Hr

• Safely operate company trucks to and from customer locations
• Lead and motivate your teammate throughout the day
• Meet with customers, assess the job, and provide upfront pricing
• Remove and load unwanted items safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional-looking truck
• Deliver five-star customer service on every job
