7:00 PM until as late as 4:00 AM, depending on workload and route Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Full-Time Valet Trash Porter to join our team in Athens, Georgia. The Porter will collect and transport residential trash from designated areas while providing reliable, professional service at assigned apartment communities. Responsibilities Collect residential trash from designated apartment doorways and/or collection areas. Transport collected trash to the appropriate dumpster or disposal area. Walk throughout apartment communities and regularly navigate stairs. Safely lift, carry, and move bags or containers weighing up to 30 pounds. Complete assigned routes efficiently and within the required timeframe. Maintain clean and orderly trash collection areas. Follow all company safety procedures and property rules. Communicate professionally with residents, property staff, and management. Report overflowing dumpsters, hazardous materials, property issues, or other concerns. Properly use company-provided vehicles, equipment, and supplies. Maintain a professional appearance and dependable attendance. Requirements Must have a valid Georgia driver's license. Must have a clean driving record and meet company driving requirements. Must be comfortable driving at night. Must be able to walk for extended periods and regularly walk up and down stairs. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Must be dependable and consistently arrive on time. Must be comfortable working independently with limited direct supervision. Must be available to work Sunday through Thursday, starting at approximately 7:00 PM and potentially working as late as 4:00 AM. Must be comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Previous valet trash, porter, janitorial, delivery, warehouse, landscaping, or similar experience is a plus but not required. Compensation & Schedule $25 per hour — Full-Time Work is scheduled Sunday through Thursday, beginning at approximately 7:00 PM. Routes may require employees to work as late as 4:00 AM, depending on workload and route completion.
