This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lot. The ideal candidate will assist customers with their vehicle cleaning needs, ensure the availability of supplies, and create a welcoming environment for all guests. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties Greet customers warmly and inquire about their wash experience to ensure satisfaction Assist customers in wiping down their vehicles after washing, providing guidance as needed Maintain cleanliness of the lot by regularly restocking towels, bottles, and supplies Keep vacuums, trash bins, and surrounding areas tidy and organized throughout the shift Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about the wash process and offering assistance Monitor equipment such as vacuums to ensure they are functioning properly and available for use Support team members in maintaining a smooth flow of operations during busy periods Skills Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to provide attentive and helpful customer service Basic knowledge of vehicle cleaning tools and supplies is a plus but not required—training will be provided Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Dependability and punctuality to ensure consistent coverage during shifts Positive attitude with a willingness to assist customers and team members alike This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, maintaining cleanliness standards, and contributing to a positive guest experience.

Pay:
