Our semi-truck service dealership is looking for a dependable, hardworking Shop Cleanup Associate to keep our service facility and grounds clean, safe, and organized. You will play a vital role in keeping our shop operations running smoothly by maintaining a clear, hazard-free environment for our diesel technicians and staff.

Key Responsibilities Service Shop Maintenance:

Sweep, mop, and degrease shop floors; clear oil spills and debris from work bays.

Trash & Waste Disposal:

Empty shop trash cans, scrap bins, and recycling daily; safely dispose of shop rags and waste fluids per dealership safety guidelines.

Yard Cleanup:

Walk the dealership yard to pick up debris, clear trash around staging areas, and keep parking/staging areas tidy.

Tool & Equipment Care:

Put away shared shop tools, maintain cleanup equipment (sweepers, pressure washers), and restock bay supplies (towels, floor dry, soap).

Facility Support:

Keep technician break rooms, restrooms, and main walkways clean and clutter-free; assist service managers with basic facility tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Comfortable working around heavy equipment, diesel trucks, and standard shop tools. Knowledge of basic safety practices (PPE, hazardous materials handling) is a plus.
