Bring carts from cart facility to cart staging area outside Golf Shop and Practice Facility. Remove/store bags from bag storage room or the cars as members and guests arrive and depart. Transport, stack, and maintain practice balls at all times of day. Operate picker cart on practice facility to retrieve balls (hand picks during wet periods). Operate ball washer to clean practice balls. Return carts to cart facility and removes amenities/trash. Restock pencils, scorecards, tees, etc. from carts and saves reusable items. Wash cart thoroughly with pressure cleaner. Park cart in designated area of facility and connects charger cable. Report carts that are not in proper working order to Golf Shop Professional Team. Perform daily cart facility cleaning responsibilities including emptying trash, filling sand bottles, sweeping floors, folding towels, etc. Detail carts as appointed. Greet arriving members and guests, by name if possible, with upbeat, polite cheer! Provide daily information to golfers such as cart rules, pin location, on-course food & beverage options, and expected weather. Knowledgeable about activities and functions, club hours of operations, course yardage and rating, and other items of interest to members and guests. Deliver food and beverage to applicable member or guest when asked. Pick up trash, debris, or cigarette butts wherever they may be found. Continually alert for special needs of members and guests. Go above and beyond when possible.
