Responsible for checking in New Car deliveries off the trailer Responsible for stickering and checking vehicles in Responsible for gassing incoming new cars Responsible for scanning delivery and gas receipts Responsible for giving service the keys so they can do PDI Responsible for frontline display - vehicles are clean and properly tagged Check frontline display Plan the day for any pier, sublet or other drop offs Check each vehicle to make sure has Buyers Guide, price stickers. Check each vehicle to make sure has Buyers Guide, price stickers. Start vehicles (twice a week) to make sure there are no dead batteries. Taking cars to service for safety check to be completed and or need failed safety checks. Filling up gas in frontline cars to make sure there's enough gas for test drive or upon delivery. Assist to fill up gas on new car if they need help. Drop off or pick up customers upon request. Assist with cleaning, attaching spare keys w/ primary keys and bringing cars to auction for Wednesday sale. Assist to drop off or pick up vehicles to dealer and to the pier. Appraise purchase or trade in cars. Take photos of trades and/or purchases and download it to Rapid Recon Updated vehicle location and input notes in Rapid Recon Assist moving vehicles to the Tech Park Assist with bringing vehicles back from Tech Park to fill frontline holes Assist moving vehicles to detail Assist moving vehicles to service Sticker vehicles and move to the frontline Add keys to iLot/1Micro boxes 2 lot techs do a lot scan every Tuesday (Davi & Jayden) 1 lot tech assist with receiving new cars.
