What you'll be responsible for: Greeting and interacting with guests in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner while providing exemplary customer service.
Delivering guest vehicles to the Guest Transportation lot and returns them upon request in a prompt efficient manner. Inspect vehicles and mark the check off list on the back of the Guest Transportation tickets to observe and record prior damage before issuing the claim check to the guest.
Responsible for overseeing proper placement of vehicle keys, monitoring radio traffic requests, and keeping parking lot and valet section free from clutter and debris.
Performing other related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
