Primary Function:
Under the direct supervision of the Service Manager, this position is responsible for meeting and greeting customers and maintaining a clear service drive. Performs all duties within the objectives, standards and policies of Willis Automotive.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate all vehicles in a safe, professional and courteous manner Prep and check in all customer vehicles Assist with re-delivery of customer vehicle Check loaner car for any items that customer may leave behind Maintain cleanliness of Service Drive Keep service drive clear of debris Assist customers in delivering and fueling vehicles Assist with checking in and out loaner vehicles when Concierge, is unavailable Assist the Service team with test driving vehicles, if needed What we need from you: High School Diploma/equivalent preferred Valid driver license Acceptable driving record per insurance carrier Able to work a flexible schedule to meet needs of service and dispatch areas, including occasional Saturdays Basic computer skills Working knowledge of operating manual and standard transmissions
