McGrath Chevrolet of Dubuque is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Automotive Service Porter / Valet to support our busy service department. With a 7:00 AM-1:00 PM schedule, this position is a great fit for someone looking for morning or daytime hours while keeping their afternoons and evenings available. You don't need previous dealership experience. This role could be a great fit for someone with experience as a driver, shuttle driver, delivery driver, valet, porter, lot attendant, customer service representative, or other customer-facing position. We're looking for someone who is reliable, enjoys driving and interacting with people, and prefers an active job over sitting behind a desk all day. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently work the 7:00 AM-1:00 PM schedule Friendly and professional customer service skills Comfortable safely driving, parking, and maneuvering a variety of cars, trucks, and SUVs Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions Comfortable staying active throughout the shift Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Previous driving, valet, porter, lot attendant, shuttle, delivery, or customer service experience preferred, but not required What You'll Do Greet service customers and provide a friendly, professional first impression Safely move, park, stage, and retrieve customer vehicles Shuttle customers to and from McGrath Chevrolet of Dubuque as needed Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments Assist Service Advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and service lane organization Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive and vehicle staging area Support the service department with additional porter, valet, driving, and lot responsibilities as needed What We Offer Part-time daytime hours - 7:00 AM-1:00 PM 401(k) with Company Match Career growth - 97% of promotions come from within Opportunity to gain automotive dealership experience and grow into other roles Supportive, collaborative, and team-oriented culture Take the Next Step If you've been searching for a part-time day shift, morning job, driving job, shuttle driver position, valet position, or automotive porter job in Dubuque, this could be a great fit.
