Valet Attendant - Two Part-Time Positions A beautiful condominium building in Chicago's Edgewater neighborhood is looking for two experienced, part-time valet attendants to join its garage staff. Available Positions Position 1 - Morning Shift Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Two 8-hour shifts per week Position 2 - Afternoon/Evening Shift Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday, 2:00-10:00 p.m. Three 8-hour shifts per week You may apply for Position 1, Position 2, or either.

$17.00 per hour About the Role We're looking for dependable, friendly valet attendants who take pride in great customer service. You'll greet unit owners, guests, and vendors; safely park and retrieve vehicles; keep valet tickets accurate; and help oversee the parking garage. This role reports to the Garage Supervisor and Property Manager. All applicants must pass a background check. New hires complete a 90-day probationary period. Key Responsibilities Greet unit owners, guests, and vendors professionally Park, move, retrieve, and wash vehicles in an indoor, multilevel garage Keep the garage clean and orderly Direct traffic and assist vehicles entering and leaving the garage Operate all vehicles safely and responsibly Time-stamp valet tickets accurately on arrival and departure Skills and Qualifications Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills Clear verbal communication Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Solid time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be able to drive a manual-transmission vehicle Available to work assigned weekend, evening, and holiday shifts as needed Benefits Hourly pay Overtime pay when applicable Free parking Application Questions Are you comfortable driving a manual-transmission vehicle?
