If you are an experienced valet Duties Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, including those with manual transmissions and parking requirements Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit Assist guests with valet services, including opening doors and offering directions or assistance as needed Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, inventory, and parking logs Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management to ensure smooth operations Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations while operating vehicles on-site Support dealership or facility operations by delivering vehicles within the premises or to designated locations Skills Proven experience in guest services or hospitality environments with a focus on customer satisfaction Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission preferred Strong communication skills to interact confidently with diverse guests and team members Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform retail math calculations when necessary Knowledge of parking regulations and dealership procedures is a plus Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse clientele effectively Previous experience as a delivery driver or in retail cashiering enhances your suitability for this role Join us as an Experienced Valet and become an essential part of creating memorable experiences for our guests!
