Cart Retrieval Team Member -Core Responsibilities Collect shopping carts from parking lot corrals and return them to the store using manual pushing or motorized cart‑retrieval equipment. Maintain steady cart flow to support guest experience. Greet shoppers, answer basic questions, and assist guests with loading heavy or bulky purchases into their vehicles. Remove debris or trash from the parking lot, maintain cart sanitation areas, and support spill cleanups or trash collection as needed. Work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat). Perform regular safety sweeps, identify hazards, and report concerns promptly. Ability to stand and walk long distances (often several miles per shift), bend, lift, and push/pull heavy lines of carts.
