This role is responsible for helping customers understand wash services, membership options, and the benefits of joining the Unlimited VIP Wash Program while delivering a positive customer experience. As a Wash Advisor, you'll work outdoors in a fast-paced environment interacting with customers throughout the day and helping support membership growth and customer loyalty. What You'll Do:

Engage customers in friendly and professional conversation Educate guests on wash packages, services, and membership benefits Promote and enroll customers into the Unlimited VIP Wash Program Deliver exceptional customer service experiences Support customer flow and operational efficiency during busy periods Help maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready environment Represent the Drive & Shine brand professionally at all times Work as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills Positive and professional attitude Comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day Goal-oriented and motivated by performance opportunities Reliable and dependable Comfortable working outdoors year-round Customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience preferred Ability to work independently for long periods of time

Physical & Work Environment:
