Job Description
Purpose Performs maintenance duties for the Service department and periodically for the Sales department. Responsibilities Main duty is operating power washer and cleaning/detailing large Ag equipment and other equipment as required. Maintenance of the facility and vehicles May maintain tool room May perform grounds maintenance for the dealer properties May be required to assist in moving displays or equipment within the dealership May operate a forklift to transport parts, equipment and supplies for the dealership Other duties as assigned Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 75 lbs. Ability to perform multiple duties as assigned Basic knowledge of equipment safety procedures Physical Requirements The physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. This role requires the ability to stand, walk, and remain in stationary positions for extended periods, frequently use hands and arms to operate tools and equipment, and perform repetitive motions. The position involves regularly lifting up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds, as well as bending, kneeling, crouching, and working in various positions, including overhead. Strong visual ability and the safe operation of tools and machinery are essential, along with regular communication via telephone and email.
