Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their service needs, ensuring a positive first impression Guide vehicles to appropriate service bays using your driving skills, including manual transmission operation if needed Manage parking lot organization, including parking protocols, to facilitate smooth vehicle movement Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out processes. Communicate effectively with technicians and service advisors to relay guest requests and vehicle status updates Support delivery drivers by coordinating vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lane area to uphold dealership standards Experience Valid driver's license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles; familiarity with parking regulations preferred Experience working at a dealership or as a delivery driver is highly advantageous Strong communication skills to clearly convey information between guests and team members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Join us and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service!
