This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for our guests while supporting our Service Advisors and the overall service team. What You'll Do As a Subaru Service Lane Assistant, you will help keep our service drive organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Greet guests warmly as they arrive and help create a positive first impression Assist with directing and moving vehicles throughout the service drive and dealership Help maintain an organized flow of vehicles in the service lane and parking areas Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out processes Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups with delivery drivers and other team members Support the Service Advisors and Service Department with daily guest and vehicle needs Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service lane and surrounding areas Follow dealership safety procedures and parking protocols Perform other duties as needed to support the Service Department What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles; manual transmission experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to stay organized and pay attention to detail Previous dealership, automotive, customer service, or delivery experience is a plus, but not required Why Choose Quantrell?
