Role:

We are seeking a dependable and assertive Lot Attendant to support daily operations at our vehicle storage facility. This is a hands-on, in-person role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and confident in upholding standards—especially during interactions with the public.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage vehicle and personal property redemptions in accordance with company policies Handle documentation and release procedures with accuracy Maintain strict control and organization of vehicle keys and inventory Keep the lot secure, clean, and well-organized Uphold company standards and policies firmly and respectfully, including in high-pressure or confrontational situations Provide clear and professional communication with all visitors

Requirements:

Dependable and punctual with strong time management skills Confident in enforcing rules and handling difficult conversations when necessary Organized with strong attention to detail Basic computer or data entry skills preferred Valid driver's license required

Compensation:
