This role combines operational leadership with exceptional service delivery, maintaining efficiency while supporting the hospital's mission of compassionate care. Responsibilities Lead, train, and supervise valet team members to deliver high-quality, patient-centered service Manage daily valet operations, including staffing schedules, traffic flow, and vehicle logistics Ensure safe and efficient vehicle handling and parking procedures at all times Serve as the primary point of contact for patient and visitor concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally Monitor and maintain compliance with safety policies, HIPAA awareness, and hospital regulations Conduct regular audits of service standards, appearance, and operational efficiency Manage incident reporting, including accidents, claims, or service disruptions Oversee cash handling procedures (if applicable) and maintain accurate financial records Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
Qualifications Years of Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Language Skills:
Proficient in English both verbally and written
Requirements:
Friendly and Outgoing 3-5 years of supervisory experience in valet, hospitality, healthcare, or parking operations Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure healthcare environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to operate a wide range of vehicles, including manual transmission preferred Familiarity with healthcare environments and patient sensitivity a plus
