The Role:

As a Service Valet, you are the face of our Mercedes-Benz Service Department. You will play a critical role in delivering a seamless, first-class experience for our clients, ensuring every visit meets the high standards of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Elite Hospitality:

Provide a warm, professional greeting to arriving clients and ensure their expectations are consistently exceeded.

Fleet & Facility Management:

Maintain the pristine organization and cleanliness of the Service Drive, customer vehicles, and our premium loaner fleet.

Concierge Logistics:

Facilitate the safe and timely pickup/delivery of customer vehicles and provide professional shuttle services.

Operational Excellence:

Support the Service Department with daily tasks to ensure efficient, high-quality workflow.

Qualifications:

Professional Presence:

Ability to represent a luxury brand with poise and excellent communication.

Reliability:

Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and detail.

Safe Driving:

A valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are required.

Active Pace:

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and staying on your move.
