Job Description

Outside Services Attendant Job Overview:
Primary Purpose - Provides optimal member service. Attempts to anticipate and fulfill member needs in a variety of responsibilities as assigned which may include work in cart barn, valet, starting and/or course play.
Position Details:
Status:
Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities available
Schedule:
Day & evening shifts available; weekend availability required
Pay:
$16-$19 per hour, based on experience
Essential Functions:
Treats all members, guests and employees with respect. Maintains friendly appearance; greets members and guests warmly Ensures clothing is clean, pressed, and in good condition and overall attire and appearance meets dress code guidelines. Maintains cleanliness of work area. Keeps supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance. Notifies management if replacement is needed.
Practice Range Tasks:
Set stations with balls as described in Operations Manual (Pyramids-Ball Crates) Attend range throughout the day maintaining cleanliness and order Clean golf clubs Assist members with carrying clubs from range to cart Pick up and break down range area and short game practice area
Cart Barn Tasks:
Stage Golf Carts with golf bags- Essential items included scorecard, pencil, tees, bottled water, ice divot mix Cleans golf clubs, receive members at end of round, converse with members regarding upcoming events etc. (Fond Farewell) Cleans and maintains golf carts, cart barn and club storage/bag room
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous work lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping and climbing.
