In this energetic role, you will provide exceptional guest services by efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles in a safe, courteous, and professional manner. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for everyone entering our healthcare facility. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine hospitality with driving skills, making a meaningful difference in our community's health journey. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in designated parking areas. Safely operate manual transmission vehicles, including luxury or specialty cars, ensuring proper handling at all times. Retrieve vehicles promptly upon request, delivering excellent customer service with a friendly attitude. Maintain clear communication with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movements smoothly. Ensure all vehicles are parked securely and monitor the parking lot for safety and security concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately for valet services, including cash handling and retail math calculations when applicable. Uphold high standards of guest service by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles preferred Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members.
Pay:
$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
