Secret Touch Auto Spa is known for premium detailing services both at our Shrewsbury shop and through our fully equipped mobile units. We work on a wide range of vehicles, from daily drivers to luxury and exotic cars. Our team is passionate, hardworking, and dedicated to quality.

Position Overview:

We're hiring a Detailer who will work both in-shop and on the road with our mobile team. Our mobile units are fully self-contained with water, electricity (via generators), and all the tools needed—so there's zero reliance on the client for supplies or hookups. You'll represent our brand at client locations and help keep our shop running smoothly when on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform interior and exterior detailing (wash, wax, vacuum, shampoo, etc.) Operate buffers, steamers, extractors, and other equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of mobile units and shop space Drive to client locations and deliver high-quality service on-site Follow detailing checklists and maintain consistency Communicate with team leads to ensure timely and professional service Handle vehicles with care and attention to detail

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Prior detailing experience preferred (but we're willing to train the right person) Ability to work independently and take pride in your work Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions Must be able to lift 40+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Attention to detail and strong work ethic are a must Must be coachable and willing to grow with the company Why Work With Us?
