The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services while ensuring the safe and efficient parking of vehicles. This position requires a blend of hospitality skills, driving expertise, and strong communication abilities to create a positive experience for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with parking their vehicles in a timely manner. Safely operate vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, ensuring adherence to all traffic regulations. Provide valet parking services when necessary, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times. Maintain a clean and organized parking area, ensuring that all vehicles are parked securely. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Communicate effectively with guests regarding parking procedures and any special requests. Assist with the retrieval of vehicles as needed, ensuring prompt service for all guests. Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that may arise. Skills Strong guest services orientation with a focus on hospitality. Proficient driving skills, including experience with manual transmission vehicles. Excellent customer service abilities, capable of creating a welcoming environment for guests. Effective communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Experience in valet parking or dealership settings is highly desirable. Previous experience as a delivery driver is beneficial for understanding vehicle handling. Basic knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and transactions. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
