Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Parking Garage Attendant, where you'll be the friendly face ensuring smooth and safe parking operations. In this energetic role, you'll manage parking garage monitoring, assist customers, and uphold safety standards in outdoor environments. Your proactive approach will help create a positive experience for all visitors while maintaining efficient parking management. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop customer service skills and gain valuable experience in parking operations. Duties Monitor the parking lot continuously to ensure security, safety, and proper vehicle flow Assist customers at the pay stations and provide directions or information as needed Conduct manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting or equipment safely and efficiently Maintain clear communication with team members and customers to resolve conflicts promptly and courteously Perform outdoor work duties in various weather conditions while ensuring the lot remains organized, secure, and clean Operate equipment for cleaning the garage. Basic facility maintenance labor Requirements Valid driver's license with experience in maintenance Prior outdoor work experience or comfort working outside in different weather conditions Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic knowledge of computer equipment Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform manual handling tasks effectively Experience with parking management systems is a plus but not required Excellent conflict management skills to handle customer concerns or disputes calmly and efficiently Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to providing exceptional parking services!
